PLAY THE SERIES follows a team of filmmakers, led by Toni Andújar and Carolina Garrido, in their effort to shoot their first film and debut in the complex world of filmmaking. The story portrays both the beginning and the fall of their initial dream of filming and producing in the US, as well as the challenges of carrying out the project in Spain, adapting it to the mountains and landscapes of Aragon. With more than 30 locations in the province of Teruel alone, the series also shows the interaction with the environment and the local community. From script adjustments to overcoming extreme logistics, this documentary explores how to make a film and not die trying, revealing the struggles, creativity and commitment of a team that reinvents itself at every step.
